We welcome Saki to our Academy for 2 weeks of full-time training 👏😁
Saki was welcomed to Australia with fellow Japanese player Ryoma’s “Soft Ball Tennis Tournament” on Sunday which was great fun 🙌💫 Soft Tennis is a sport born in Japan which was introduced at the end of the 19th century. A soft rubber ball was made because normal tennis balls were too expensive. The number of players is currently around 600,000 in the world. Soft tennis has different joy and fun, which Ryoma kindly introduced to us. 🙏🏻😁

Then due to the rain on Monday morning the Team decided to go Ten Pin Bowling – which happened to be Saki’s first time…. she beat most of the boys, so the boys were suspicious it wasn’t her first time 🎳👏😂

At the end of Tuesday’s session, Coach Theo organised Soccer Fitness with the players. Which was a fun way for the team to finish off the intense training session. ⚽️

Saki came to Adelaide just expecting Tennis, but has experienced Soft Tennis, Bowling and Soccer in her first 3 days here. Hope it was a pleasant surprise 😄😂💫
