The Gorge Wildlife Park opened in 1965 and is still run by the same family. Situated on 14 acres of land, in the beautiful Adelaide Hills 🌲⛰ ….The paths meander through one of the largest privately owned collection of Australian and exotic animals, birds and reptiles in the country. With 50 species of Animals and 160 species of Birds. 🧐🙌
The park offers you a close and personal experience, especially with Wallabies, Kangaroos and the Koala’s…The Wallabies and the Kangaroo’s can be fed and patted 🌾🦘 . You can also Cuddle the cute Koala’s at certain times during the day… as they sleep 18 to 22 hours per day and eat an average of 1000 Eucalyptus leaves. 😴 🐨
